Commodity display becomes painterly theatre here. Tray, barcode, sticker, and fish eye all compete for the same attention, turning retail spectacle into a tightly staged still life about appetite, pricing, and looking.
Installation note
Hang it close enough that the painted label and flesh tones can be read together. It works especially well near the platter pictures, where commerce, appetite, and surface wit begin to echo one another.
