This final painting in the collection portrays my youngest sister and reflects both her bright personality and the love we share. Part of the Reverberation series, it brings together themes of reminiscence, presence, and childhood. As the concluding work, it functions both as a portrait and as a reflection on the enduring bonds that shape identity and belonging.

Curatorial note

The portrait unfolds through a dense repetition of irises across the pictorial surface, where figure and environment become mutually dependent, each revealing the other.

Installation note

The work benefits from direct viewing at eye level, where the immersive density of the floral field becomes fully perceptible. It serves as a moment of intimacy and childhood wonder, grounding the exhibition's larger visual rhythms in a distinctly human presence.
