Studio-list requests are used only to contact you about EVELINA updates.
When you submit the form, Evelina stores the details needed to confirm your interest, send studio notes, share gallery updates, and announce future releases or invitations.
When you join the studio list or write about paintings, collection material, or future boutique releases, Evelina uses that information only to respond and coordinate the relevant conversation.

Messages sent to the artist desk are used only to answer your request, coordinate logistics, and continue the relevant conversation around acquisitions, editions, commissions, or collection material. Commission requests may include your name, email, location, preferred subject and size, written idea, delivery location, and up to three optional reference images. Those references are sent privately to the artist desk to evaluate and discuss your request; they are not published or used outside that conversation. When you buy art, order prints, or subscribe to Print Club through Stripe Checkout, we receive the buyer name, email, phone number, shipping address, postal code, country, payment or subscription status, and order identifiers needed to confirm the transaction, manage recurring editions, and coordinate international sending.
Each commission receives long, unguessable client and studio links. Its private record can contain the approved storyboard, composition, quote, consent and terms version, staged payment status, messages, progress images or video, completion notes, and shipping tracking. These records are used to perform and evidence the commission agreement, answer both parties, prevent payment errors, and meet accounting or legal obligations. Do not forward a private link. Progress attachments are stored under randomized, unlisted media URLs; anyone who receives a direct media URL may be able to open it, so neither party should upload unnecessary sensitive material.
The site uses Vercel Web Analytics and custom event counts for page context, referral and campaign source, ad traffic quality buckets, coarse clicks, scroll depth, active time, studio-list outcomes, checkout starts, checkout errors, checkout expirations, and completed purchase totals. These events are used to improve the artist site and checkout experience. We do not send names, emails, phone numbers, Stripe session IDs, or raw checkout query strings in these Vercel analytics events.
The site uses Google Ads tags to understand visits, collection views, artwork checkout starts, and completed artwork or print purchases. This helps evaluate campaign performance, avoid showing irrelevant ads after purchase, and improve the relevance of artist-site advertising under this privacy policy.
