Evelina provides exhibition information, ticket access, artwork inquiries, and related digital content for Innocenza di Aix. By using the site or placing an order, you accept these terms.
Scope
The site is an exhibition, ticketing, artwork inquiry, and editorial platform.
Information may change as the Paris 2026 vernissage, address release, access rules, artwork availability, editions, and operational details are finalized. We may update pages, prices, availability, dates, access instructions, and these terms where needed.
Tickets
Tickets are dated leisure-event access and are not refundable except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
Each ticket is personal access to the private exhibition event on 3 July 2026 and may include one optional guest where stated. Orders close on 1 July 2026, the address is released at 00:00 on 2 July 2026 to confirmed ticket holders, and entry may require QR confirmation, identity or order checks, capacity control, safety screening, and compliance with venue instructions.
Withdrawal
By buying a ticket, you acknowledge that the usual withdrawal right does not apply to dated leisure services.
Under French consumer law, some distance purchases include a withdrawal right, but dated leisure activities are excluded. Digital confirmations, QR passes, and immediate ticket processing may begin after purchase. This does not remove any non-waivable consumer protection, conformity, fraud, safety, or statutory rights that French or EU law expressly preserves.
Conduct
Access can be refused or withdrawn for safety, fraud, resale abuse, or disruptive conduct.
You must not misuse tickets, duplicate QR passes, resell access without permission, interfere with staff or other visitors, damage artworks or venue property, record restricted areas, or ignore safety and venue instructions. A ticket may be voided without refund where access is obtained or used fraudulently, abusively, or contrary to these terms.
Artwork
Artwork pages and buy buttons are invitations to inquire, not automatic sales contracts.
Painting availability, pricing, editions, shipping, taxes, certificates, and transfer terms are confirmed directly before any artwork sale is concluded. Images, colors, sizes, descriptions, and installation views are presented in good faith and may vary by screen, lighting, framing, or final exhibition context.
Payments
Payments are processed by third-party providers and must be authorized by the buyer.
You are responsible for accurate contact and payment details. We may cancel, refuse, or reverse orders affected by technical errors, suspected fraud, duplicated orders, payment failure, unlawful use, or capacity limits. Taxes, bank fees, currency conversion, travel, accommodation, and personal costs remain your responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise.
Liability
The site is provided with reasonable care, but liability is limited to what mandatory law allows.
We are not responsible for indirect loss, missed travel, personal arrangements, device issues, third-party outages, user error, unauthorized ticket sharing, force majeure, venue constraints, or changes required for safety, law, production, or curatorial reasons. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under French or EU law.
Rights
All artworks, images, text, design, marks, and site materials remain protected.
You may view the site for personal use only. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, sell, train models on, mint, publish, modify, or commercially exploit site content or artwork imagery without written permission from the rights holder.
Privacy
Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy.
Ticket, waitlist, inquiry, payment, and access data is used to operate the site, handle orders, communicate with you, prevent abuse, and manage the exhibition. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Law
These terms are governed by French law.
Consumer rights, mediation routes, competent courts, and dispute handling apply as provided by mandatory French and EU rules. Please contact evelynetzurcan@gmail.com first so any issue can be reviewed directly and proportionately.
