Evelina provides an artist record, exhibition entries, artwork inquiries, boutique print checkout, Print Club subscriptions, and related digital content for Innocenza di Aix. By using the site, placing an order, or starting a subscription, you accept these terms.
Information may change as collection records, artwork availability, editions, and operational details are refined. We may update pages, prices, availability, release details, and these terms where needed.
You must not interfere with staff or other visitors, damage artworks or venue property, misuse checkout systems, record restricted areas, or ignore safety and venue instructions. Orders may be canceled where access or purchase is obtained or used fraudulently, abusively, or contrary to these terms.
Painting and series availability is limited and may be reserved while a Stripe Checkout session is active. If a work is listed as part of a series, the purchase covers the complete series at the displayed price. International shipping is included unless stated otherwise, and the artwork will be prepared for sending within two weeks after successful payment. Images, colors, sizes, descriptions, and installation views are presented in good faith and may vary by screen, lighting, framing, or final exhibition context.
Print availability may change while a Stripe Checkout session is active. Stripe collects the buyer name, email, phone, billing details, international shipping address, postal code, country, and optional delivery notes. Shipping is included in the listed print price unless stated otherwise. Print colors, paper texture, border proportions, and size previews are presented in good faith and may vary slightly by screen, material, production, and final trimming.
Base renews at $9 USD each month and Plus renews at $12 USD each month until canceled. Both memberships include the monthly print, studio paper goods, community letter, and entry into the original painting giveaway; Plus also includes the monthly sticker sheet. Featured artwork, formats, packaging, and dispatch timing may change from month to month. Stripe securely collects billing, contact, and delivery information. You may cancel future renewals at any time; cancellation does not reverse an edition already paid for or dispatched.
Displayed prices are starting points. Before payment, the private proposal identifies the requested subject and size, storyboard and composition, materials, revision or clarification scope, artwork price, shipping price, total price, estimated completion, shipping plan, and the current version of these terms. The client can ask questions in the private thread before accepting. No painting obligation or payment obligation arises merely from submitting the initial idea.
Payment is split 50/50. The first 50% is expressly agreed as an acompte, or binding advance payment credited against the total price: accepting the proposal and paying it binds both parties and reserves the studio period. The remaining 50% becomes due when the artist marks the painting complete and must be paid before dispatch. A payment described as due is not permission to charge a card automatically; each half requires a separate client-authorized Stripe Checkout.
Because an accepted commission is made to the client’s specifications or is clearly personalized, the statutory distance-selling withdrawal exception for personalized goods applies to the extent allowed by French and EU law. This exception does not remove mandatory remedies for non-performance, non-conformity, hidden defects, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If the studio cannot perform the accepted proposal, sums are returned as required by law. Any cancellation, change of scope, refund, replacement, price reduction, or revised delivery date is handled under mandatory law and the written circumstances of the accepted proposal.
Creative authorship remains with EVELINA. A commission is not an exact mechanical reproduction of a reference, mock-up, or another painting. The client confirms that submitted references are theirs to share and do not unlawfully infringe privacy, copyright, publicity, or other third-party rights. Unless separately agreed in writing, purchasing the physical painting does not transfer copyright, reproduction, merchandising, minting, model-training, or commercial publication rights.
Painting, drying, curing, framing, packing, customs, carrier, or force-majeure conditions may require a proportionate updated estimate. The studio will record material progress and any agreed change in the private thread. Large canvases may be shipped safely rolled where the proposal says so and may require local stretching or framing.
You are responsible for accurate contact, payment, phone, and shipping details. A checkout button states the payment phase and amount and creates an obligation to pay only when the client deliberately continues through Stripe. We may cancel, refuse, or reverse orders affected by technical errors, suspected fraud, duplicated orders, payment failure, unlawful use, inventory conflicts, unavailable shipping destinations, or capacity limits. Taxes, bank fees, currency conversion, customs duties, travel, accommodation, and personal costs remain your responsibility unless expressly included in the accepted proposal.
We are not responsible for indirect loss, missed travel, personal arrangements, device issues, third-party outages, user error, force majeure, venue constraints, or changes required for safety, law, production, or curatorial reasons. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under French or EU law.
You may view the site for personal use only. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, sell, train models on, mint, publish, modify, or commercially exploit site content or artwork imagery without written permission from the rights holder.
Studio-list, inquiry, payment, and access data is used to operate the site, handle orders, communicate with you, prevent abuse, and maintain the artist record. See the Privacy Policy for details.
